His Innocent Sera

Dining In Nature

She stared blankly at the screen as her thoughts drifted elsewhere. She was

supposed to get her period four days back, but it hadn't arrived yet. Ever since he brought her here, he has been having sex with her every day. And now worry had started gnawing at her inside. So much she had lost in just a month: her innocence, her dreams, her freedom, and her family. Her family, which wasn't truly hers to begin with. Honestly, she still hadn't come to terms with it. The revelation had completely shattered her. While she had been grinding day and night for a shred of approval from her mom and dad, they had seen her as nothing more than a burden. She wondered where her real mother was. If she was even alive? Why did she abandon her? And her father. It was vile, revolting: her uncle was her father. The mere thought was enough to make her stomach churn in disgust.

"Get ready in fifteen. We are going out," Nate announced, drawing her out of her trance. She turned her head and spotted him at the doorway. He was home. The girl's brows furrowed in confusion.

"Where?" she questioned as he strolled in, carrying a bag.

"Somewhere," he replied mysteriously, placing the bag on the bed.

"Wear it tonight," he nodded towards the bag, clearly in a good mood. Sera eyed the bag with uncertainty.

As Nate disappeared into the bathroom to wash grime and dirt off his skin, she pushed to her feet and padded towards the bag. She opened it and found a light green gown inside it. Fetching the dress, she held it up to examine. The halter neck was adorned with sparkly stones while a delicate shimmer ran through the gown. It was clearly meant for high-class women.

A pair of arms slipped around her waist, pulling her against a solid, wet chest.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" he murmured in her ear, purposefully pressing his soaked body against hers. She squirmed, feeling her back getting drenched, but he didn't let up.

"Leave. You're making me wet," she said, her tone carrying a hint of irritation.

"Am I?" he asked huskily, just before his hand began to trail lower," I need to confirm myself." The unmistakable intent in his velvety voice sent a shiver down her spine. But before he could reach her intimate part, she caught his hand.

"I didn't mean that," she clarified, stepping out of his hold. His eyes followed her, burning embers, set on devouring her. She looked away, a blush covered her cheeks. She wasn't used to being looked at like this. It felt as though he was stripping her bare with his eyes. She hastily picked up the dress and headed into the bathroom, only to escape him.

Nate exhaled a wistful sigh, struggling against desires she had ignited inside him. He wished she meant that.noveldrama

Waiting for the bus every day was a hassle, so Nate had rented a second-hand truck from Rio. Sera didn't flinch or react as he placed his hand on her thigh while driving, this had now turned into a habit for him.

Het

would leave no chance to touch

her or assert his dominance.

She watched as the orange ball of fire began to sink beneath the horizon, slowly taking away its golden light. A flock of birds cut across the fading sun, painting a fleeting, breathtaking scene.

He pulled up outside an Iron door, bringing the truck to a skidding halt. After climbing out himself, he opened her door and helped her out. Donning a black suit, he looked the very picture of dark elegance every inch of him radiated a dangerous charm, too strong to be ignored. Any girl would blush at his sight.

She looked away from him and focused on the sight before them. Beyond the gate lay an endless

garden. He led her in through thonet

door, ignoring the guard's bow As they went inside, the first thing to catch her eye was the tent house situated in the far corner The tent was adorned with fairy lights while petals and balloons lay scattered across the mattress within. There was a waterfall nearby, the soft rush of water adding a sense of serenity to the place. The flames flickered in her peripheral vision, eventually grabbing her attention. She looked to find a tiny table placed near the lake with blankets spread on either side. The table was adorned with candles and flowers. There was no one here except for them.

He placed a hand on the small of her back and leaned down to murmur in her ear, "Come."

He guided her towards the waiting table. With every step closer, the sweet scent of flowers grew stronger, wrapping around them like a soft embrace. This place had its own realm, tucked away from the noise and rush of the outside world.

"I knew you would love this place," he remarked, smiling. She didn't respond,d but the look on her face gave him his answer.

"Why are we here?" she asked, looking up at him. Her eyes paused at his jawline, which looked even sharper from her position.

"You'll find out," he replied cryptically, gesturing for her to sit down. She sat down as clueless as ever.
